



ZoneManager is a (GIS) Geographic Information System-based application that manages planning and zoning projects through the review and approval processes. Tracks reviews and fees, automates the creation of meeting and project documents and notice letters. ZoneManager gives the planner the tools necessary to manage any sort of zoning or land use case and helps improve overall efficiency within the planning department and maintains comprehensive online records of planning and zoning activities.
It is designed with an open data interface, and can assist any planning department with complex zoning issues as well as support the basic functions of the planning office: providing public information, case management, generating public notification letters, and map production. It includes comprehensive tools for Case History Management, Historic Land Use Analysis, Setback Creation and Analysis & Zoning Analysis. ZoneManager integrates with other DBSysgraph Local Government Suite applications, such as Tax Collections Module (TCM), Permit Tracking Module (PermiTrak), and Special Districts Assessment Module (SAM).
ZoneManager is developed using ESRI® Map Objects Technology, thereby making it a stand-alone GIS application with all the necessary functionality.
