It includes a case history repository of transcripts, photos, school documents, grading information, medical report forms, and extra-curriculum data that have been scanned and linked to each students file.

Description:
The SAMS™ program compiles all available information on each student into a comprehensive computer file including attendance records, grades, credit hours, daily class schedule, locker assignment, behavior documentation on detentions, suspensions, and expulsions, and extra-curriculum/club involvement. Through the attendance log feature, administrators are able to track attendance and tardy records. This documentation is needed, prior to student’s graduation, for verifying school attendance requirements have been met.

The easy to use buffer function allows administrators to support law enforcement personnel and relevant agencies in truant student location activities. Administrators are instantly able to identify a search area through an evaluation of the visually displayed primary, secondary and tertiary buffer zone areas that are calculated by the application according to the elapsed time since the student was documented as truant. Search activities at respective buffer zone boundaries may be planned and initiated.

The Messaging tool can be used to notify faculty and staff of system alarms so that they can take appropriate action immediately. This network messaging tool allows administrative personnel to instantly send banner style “pop-up” alert messaging to the desktops of teachers, security, and support staff. Additionally, messages can be sent by E-mail or facsimile to alert relevant agencies of an incident so that they may respond accordingly.
