Administrators are instantly able to identify a search area through an evaluation of the visually displayed primary, secondary and tertiary buffer zone areas that are calculated by the application according to the elapsed time since the student was documented as truant. Search activities at respective buffer zone boundaries may be planned and initiated.

The Messaging tool can be used to notify faculty and staff of system alarms so that they can take immediate appropriate action. This network messaging tool allows administrative personnel to instantly send banner style, pop-up alert messaging to the desktops of teachers, security, and support staff.
