Overview

The management system consists of several task-specific modules including a Tax Collections Module (TCM®), Billing and Assessment Module (BAM©), Accounts Receivables Module (ARM©), Special Assessment Module (SAM©) and Title/Lien Collections Module (TLCM©).

TCM® handles the billing and collection transactions of the Business Permits and/or the Real Property Tax modules. It reliably computes and records all other taxes levied by an LGU. Its major function is to facilitate recording of tax payments made in a systematic manner.

BAM© integrates to Property Control, Mass Appraisal, Utility Billing, Special Assessment and Accounts Receivables, the system is able to receive all changes and valuations made to the property database. The system improves accuracy and reduces the billing preparation period, thus providing for a faster return of payment collection. The system will also automatically compute all tax bills, including any penalties and/or interest due.

ARM© a Centralized Cash Collection System is a comprehensive module that provides for the collecting and recording of payments for any purpose. Its design is to be used by cashiers and accounting departments who deal directly with the public and process payments for a variety of items. The system can be stand-alone or used in conjunction with other business applications. With telecommunications it is also possible to set-up "satellite" processing areas to handle high volume workloads in temporary or satellite areas.

SAM© a Special Assessment Module helps keep control of all the tasks associated with special assessment projects. Multiple projects can be defined, with a project code and project name for easy retrievals and visual displays on a GIS map. Estimated costs are recorded and different distribution models can be used.

TLCM© a Title/Lien Collections Module helps treasurer's and/or tax collector's in their task of collecting delinquent taxes. From the initial notice stage, all necessary steps necessary to transfer delinquent taxes from the real estate receivable module to a tax title receivable are fully automated.
