PortVantage™ - Port and Harbor Facilities Management Tool
PortVantage™ provides effective Port and Harbor Facilities Management. The management system is easy to understand and the software is easy to use. Designed for small to medium-sized port authorities, it has helped provide adequate signing as well.
PortVantage™ is based on four principles:

To help port agencies effectively manage and market their facilities, the system contains the following components:
Inventory Module. Effectively record data about each facility including its type, GPS location, construction details and support. The inventory module also allows the user to document case history, details pertaining to legal correspondence, utility costs, bids and more.
Work Orders Module. Using PortVantage™ tools, users can identify specific works items and schedule repair and maintenance. The work order module documents actions and conditions of facilities and assigns crews for maintenance, which enables facilities budget preparation and aids in prioritizing the maintenance projects.
Security Module. Contents of a cargo and facility can be identified. Alert Codes can be assigned to specific shipments after processing them against homeland security criteria provided in PortVantage™.
