E-Plan (Damage Assessment Module)

E-Plan is a GIS (Geographic Information System) based program that works as an extension and also in conjunction with E-Alert™. E-Plan uses the power of GIS to simplify the damage assessment process as well as developing detailed databases to be used for analyzing disaster impacts and providing accurate assessments of post-event hazard damage. It allows the user to create summary tables and reports and the ability to graphically plot these results in a single environment.

The module taps into the underlying GIS datasets to provide lot specific information such as, PIN, address, owner, assessed value, landuse code, historic designation, and repetitive loss status, if applicable. The user is able to navigate the system by a simple point-and-click method, immediately accessing information on a specified area.

With E-Plan you can get an overview of the local jurisdiction and overlay information such as critical facilities, economic and environmental analyses, hazard analyses and mitigation opportunities.
