CAMS™ GIS-based management and analysis solution provides instant access to a complete map of a correctional facility including building layout, utilities layout, utility points individual floors, common areas, visitor areas, and individual cell locations. The simplicity of the graphical user interface eliminates the need to memorize codes and abbreviations, and promotes accurate, uniform data entry with menu and table-driven options. In addition to mapped details of a facility, the application provides access to maps of regions immediately surrounding a facility. Through computerized record consolidation and detailed maps, correction professionals are able to better manage a facility both on a day-to-day basis as well as efficiently analyze and respond to unexpected incidents, riots, and escapes.

The application documents an inmate's personal history (including emergency notification), criminal history, and medical history and care. The application also features mug-shots of inmates for positive identification.

Enhance Accountability: Confidently account for individuals by establishing real time tracking of visitors and the inmate population while providing immediate visuals on housing and common area counts. In the case of a "not accounted for" inmate, calculate primary, secondary and tertiary search parameters according to the individual health condition of the inmate while concurrently listing "at risk" institutions and providing a call out notification communication feature. The application provides a complete historical date/time log, referenced by inmate, of all visitors and telephone calls.

It includes a case history repository of photos, legal documents, booking information, court orders, medical reports, LCH and NCIC reports, and summons that have been scanned and linked to inmates’ files.
