DB Sysgraph has turnkey CAD, RMS, and mobile solutions for law enforcement agencies (for, but not limited to, Sheriff, Fire, and EMS), which have been in use for over seven years. We have an off-the-shelf, one-solution-fits-all version, which can also be customized to fit the needs of agencies of varying sizes. Our solutions provide integrated mapping/AVL; Phase II wireless compliant; crime analysis; extensive reporting for all levels of users. The solution has build-in interfaces to E911; TDD; mobile computers; RMS, JMS, PTT, NCIC/state databases. Additionally, custom interfaces or reports can be rapidly developed and deployed. The system is Phase II wireless compliant and provides accurate information from the ANI/ALI tie in system.

The client-server architecture keeps all active dispatcher stations refreshed and updated to the sec, for quick decision making on critical events. This star structure client-server communication also helps elevate work load on a single dispatch station and helps re-distribute the event management. The system provides a streamlined data entry process that facilitates a natural flow and eliminates repetitive data entry. 911 CARS™, has built in GIS component which shows the event location, unit status and can be used to help guide dispatch units in reaching the event location in shortest time. Event locations can be verified within seconds for a accurate and quick dispatch.

The 911 CARS, CAD system employs an easy-to-use (GUI) graphical user interface designed using .NET technology. The client operates on multiple Microsoft desktop operating systems (XP, Vista, and Windows 7). The server operates on the Microsoft Windows Server platforms (2000 and above). Microsoft’s SQL Server (2000 and above) provides the backbone for this system. SQL Server database provides a low maintenance, flexible architecture for fast data storage and data retrieval. 911 CARS™, is ODBC-compliant, and can be quickly customized to support various other backend solutions (including, but not limited to ORACLE, My SQL). User friendly, quick action features such as pull-down menus, online help, scroll bars, cut-and-paste capability, and point-and-click operation reduces data entry time. Multi-Agency, Multi-Jurisdictional Dispatching Software

911 CARS CAD is a fully integrated computer-aided dispatch system designed to assist public safety agencies in responding to calls for service. The 911 CARS CAD package affords all of the necessary functionality to perform communications, complaint receipt, dispatch deployment, and unit/incident status recording activities.

MS Windows and Split-screen Functionality

The 911-CARS CAD system implements split-screen functionality through use of a video card within the CPU, allowing the system to present two or three separate monitors, all acting as one large monitor. One keyboard and one mouse control access to all monitors.

Table-Driven Design

911-CARS CAD has a very flexible table-driven architecture, because of this, system settings can be changed on the fly by the client without a service call to DBS. For example, your agency will not need to issue a purchase order to PSSI for future programming effort when modifications are necessary to tables such as unit types, call types, disposition codes, valid stations, valid street types, etc., this makes 911 CARS™ a very cost-effective solution.

The 911-CARS CAD system is fully integrated, flexible, mobile software, providing field officers with extensive capabilities within the CAD system. CAD entries, such as calls for service or messaging CAD operators and other field officers, reduce unnecessary voice interaction. 911 CARS™ eliminates extended radio transmissions and reduces the interruption of standard CAD transactions and operation. Officers are able to communicate their status by MDC function, relieving dispatchers of interaction while handling other responsibilities.

Software provides field officers with CAD entries from dispatchers such as location of calls for service, cross street locations, map x-y coordinates, call types, complainant information, pre-plans, and premise history/hazards.
